We are working on a political as well as on a practical level. Since we got started in June 2007 we have organized a sustainable intro-week at the Faculty of Life Science (more to come in 2008), several debating sessions, a national seminar about sustainability a university level, published many political papers and features in magazines and newspaper.
Our goal is that Copenhagen University in the near future will be a leading university within sustainability science, education in sustainability at BSc, MSc and PhD-level, community outreach, and not least in everyday life at university.
Currently we are fundraising for scholarships for students from third world countries taking a program in either sustainable forest management or sustainable agro-forestry, organizing the next sustainable intro-weeks, planning an educational program for high school students and major conference on nature conservation.
